If the young career aspirants of today are to achieve their objective of becoming successful global managers, they need to welcome, understand and meet these challenges thrown up by the new world, rather than fear them.
This has naturally necessitated a change in the approach of our education systems and methodologies and the recent years have witnessed a tremendous proliferation and growth of alternative systems of education.
